Biography:

Puyao Xing is a PhD candidate in the School of Government at the Central University of Finance and Economics. His research focuses on interlocal collaboration, central-local government relations, and subnational hydropolitics. He has recently published in Local Government Studies, Policy Studies, and Water International.
