Biography:

Dr. LIU is a lecturer in Department of Urban Management, School of Government in Central University of Finance and Economics. She has obtained a Ph.D in Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her teaching and researching interests include Resource and Environmental Management and Policy, Urban Environment Governance.
