Biography: Dr. Pengcheng Bi is an associate professor at the School of Government, Central University of Finance and Economics, and holds a Ph. D. degree in business administration, a master's degree in management science and engineering from the School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Hunan University, respectively. His research areas focus on managerial decision-making, organizational behavior, human resource management, and leadership. Before joining the university, he had worked in management in multinational companies and central government agencies. Since 1999, he has participated in or presided over seven National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, one special project of the Ministry of Education for doctoral degree, six ministerial and departmental soft science projects of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and several cooperation projects for enterprises and institutions. He has published 23 papers in the Journal of Management Science, Chinese Soft Science, Journal of Management Engineering, Management Review, and other management academic journals, published one academic monograph and participated in writing four books. He has won the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress nominated by the Ministry of Education, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of universities in Shaanxi Province and the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
