Biography:

Dr. Huang is an associate professor. He holds the associate chair of department of urban management at Central University of Finance and Economics. With a Ph.D in human geography from Peking University , he taught at the Central University of Finance and Economics from 2015 to now. His teaching interests include regional economics, urban finances, and GIS technology. His research interests include land resource management, regional economics and urban management, sustainable development. He has published widely in these areas, such as “Urban Industrial Land Expansion and Utilization Efficiency of China” in 2017. He also serves as researcher at Center for Urban Development and Land Policy, Peking University-Lincoln Institute, and as deputy secretary at China Regional Science Association. he was awarded the “Youth Excellent Paper Award” by the China Regional Science Association Academic Annual Meeting.
