Biography:

Dr. Liu is an Associate Professor in Central University of Finance and Economics. With a Ph. D in Political Science from Peking University, she has taught in Central University of Finance and Economics since 2006. Her teaching and research interests include Governmental management theories and practices, Public management and Rural Governance etc. She has published widely in these areas in NGOs Management, Rural Governance, Social Cultural management and Performance Management of Financial Special Fund etc. She also serves as a director of China Society of Administrative Reform.
