Yang Yanying, Ph.D., Professor and doctoral supervisor, currently serves as dean of the Department of Public Utility Management and member of the Degree Committee of the School of Government at Central University of Finance and Economics. Research expertise: fiscal taxation policies, government purchase of public services, government budget performance management, public policy issues under the background of population aging. She has published more than 80 papers in various academic journals, presided over and participated in more than 40 research projects, published academic monographs and participated in the compilation of 40 textbooks for various colleges and universities.
