Biography:

Xing Hua, Professor and doctoral supervisor of Department of Urban Management of School of Government at Central University of Finance and Economics. He received his PhD in economics from Renmin University of China. Research expertise: urban and regional governance. He served as Deputy Director of MPA Education Center Office at Central University of Finance and Economics, Director and deputy dean of Urban Management Department of School of Government at Central University of Finance and Economics, and Deputy director of Scientific Research Department at Central University of Finance and Economics.
