Biography:

Dr. Cui is a Professor at the School of Government in Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). She was the Deputy Director of Department of Public Administration of Central University of Finance and Economics from 2016-2020. She was a young scholar of "Longma Scholar" of CUFE.

With a Ph. D in Political Science from National University of Singapore, he has being teaching at the Central University of Finance and Economics since 2008.  

Her teaching and research interests include local and grassroots governance, public policy implementation, inter-governmental relations and collaboration. 

She has published nearly 50 articles in Management World, Political Science Research, Journal of Public Administration, Chinese Public Administration Review, and other international journals, and published a monograph Collaborative Governance of Local Governments in China (Routledge, 2020). She leads several projects: the National Social Science Foundation, the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and the Beijing Social Science Foundation.

She also serves as the director of the Professional Committee of Government Strategy and Public Policy Research of China Management Modernization Research Association.
