Biography:

Zhao Jinghua, Doctor of Nanjing University, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, Director of Academic Committee of School of Government and Director of Research Center for Government Strategy and Performance Evaluation at Central University of Finance and Economics. He was the dean of the School of Management of Shandong University and the dean of the School of Government of Central University of Finance and Economics. His research interests include government strategy and performance management, comparison of Chinese and foreign management, and enterprise strategic management. He has presided over major projects of the National Social Science Foundation and superficial projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and many of his achievements have provided reference for the decision-making of the central and local governments.
